Suntory - Toki Whisky

Toki is a brand new blended whisky from the highly acclaimed Suntory of Japan. The blend is comprised of carefully selected whiskies sourced from Suntorya's Hakushu, Yamazaki, and Chita distilleries. It has all of the great characteristics that Suntory fans have come to expect - balance, harmony and oneness.

It has notes of basil, honey, and green apple on the nose followed by grapefruit, green grapes, peppermint and thyme on the palate. The finish is subtly sweet and spicy with a hint of vanilla oak, white pepper and ginger.

The unique smoothness of Toki makes it incredibly versatile. It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a variety of cocktails. The traditional way that the Japanese enjoy their whisky is in a highball. Try one this weekend, or after a long day at the office:

Suntory Toki Highball
Fill a glass to the brim with ice.
Add one measure of whisky.
Stir to cool the whisky and glass.
Again add ice to the brim.
Gently pour three measures of chilled sparkling water.
Add a twist of lemon.
