Our Shipping Information

Orders may take up to 48 hours to process before shipping.
All deliveries and shipments MUST be signed for by an adult at least 21 years old.

New York State:
Free shipping via UPS GROUND on all orders over $250 (pre-tax). Deliveries are made Monday-Friday. Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for delivery. For orders under $250, regular UPS rates apply.
 

Please note: UPS orders do not ship out on Saturday or Sunday. All UPS shipments require the signature of an adult 21 years or older. During times of extreme heat or cold, we will gladly hold your purchases until we can ensure safer travel. If you opt to have your order shipped during such extreme weather, Chelsea Wine Vault cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your wines upon delivery.

Outside New York State:

We ship accessories and gift cards to all 50 states. We are prohibited from shipping wine or spirits ANYWHERE outside of New York State.

We ship via UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday.
