Q. What is your policy on returns and exchanges? |

A. We hope you’ll love your purchases, but in case you need to make a return or exchange, please return the item within 14 days with receipt for store credit only. For any additional questions, please contact us at 212.462.4244. |
Q. Is there a restocking fee for returned items? |
 |
A. Less than 12 bottles will not incur a restocking fee. For 12 bottles or more, we will charge a 10% fee. |
Q. I don't see the wine I want listed on your website. Is it available? |

A. If you are looking for something and don't see it, please call us at 212.462.4244 and we’ll gladly do our best to locate it for you. |
Q. What are your shipping fees? |

A. We offer free shipping on all orders within Manhattan and the Outer Boroughs. We offer free shipping over $250 in New York State. For orders under $250, regular UPS rates apply. |
Q. Do you offer delivery? |
 |
A. Yes, please select delivery at checkout. Most orders will be delivered next business day via Chelsea Wine Vault’s temperature-controlled truck barring seasonal peaks in volume and severe weather. We require a 3 hour delivery window. If your order is time-sensitive please call 212-462-4244 to make arrangements. |
Q. Can I place an order for pickup in store? |

A. Yes. Select Free In-Store Pickup at checkout, and pick up your order at our store. Please pick up your order within 7 days of your notification email. We have limited space for storing pickup orders, so if you have not picked up your order within 7 days, we will contact you regarding shipping or delivery options. |
